Kinesiology Based
Muscle Treatment
One-of-a-kind approach to neuromuscular treatment and recovery.
Regain your movement and strength with the scientific study of the human body & movement.
If you’ve been around the block, trying all the solutions to relieve your chronic pain, recover from a surgery, or heal from a sports injury - you’re in the right place.
In many cases, our interventions can be described as specific manual exercises at the weakest points. Once we have the initial information, we reverse engineer the markers of pain to the root cause, from there we create strategies that work for you.

After your initial evaluation, here’s what we recommend:
Each session is designed to build upon the last, which means the initial evaluation is only the beginning of your journey!
Your kinesiologist will typically recommend a test window of 1 week, and will adjust according to your body’s cues.
Commitment and consistency are key components to long term success.
Frequency depends on your specific case, and the issue(s) you are focusing on with your kinesiologist.
Similar to your treatment, consistency is defined by you. You can be consistent if you schedule once a week, and you can be consistent if you schedule twice a month. When you keep up with your sessions, however often, we consider you to be consistent and committed to your progress.
Here’s what you can expect from each session:
DATA COLLECTION
Every session begins with a brief catch up where you’ll share any updates on the sensations or symptoms you’ve experienced since your last session.
MECHANICAL ANALYSIS
Using our one of a kind data system, we’ll analyze your data to figure out how and where your muscle system is lacking control.
Next we locate the most receptive areas to make an initial intervention for the day.
RESTORING MOTOR FUNCTION
In order to restore motor function, we use a hands-on approach to specific exercise for an optimized stimulus to your weakest points.
Manual forces can also be dynamically adapted moment by moment to optimize tissue stress & your system’s response during each individual rep.
The result is a stimulus that produces rapid learning for increased muscle contraction force, joint stability & muscle system coordination/control within minutes, not months.
VALIDATION & PROGRESSION
After each session (intervention), we follow up with a retest to confirm that a change has taken place, as well as to re-inform our data set for the next intervention.
We will always check the previous session's work at the beginning of the next session to confirm that the system is “holding the change” and that we are “on the right track.”
It’s not simply fixing what’s wrong
Anticipation and Awareness
Based on the thousands of sessions we’ve booked, we’ve found that the clients who stay consistent, even with booking their regular “tune up” sessions experience the best results and lasting relief.
We call our non-regular clients sessions “tune ups”.
Think of it like yearly physical exams with your PCP or going to your dentist for your yearly cleaning. You might be feeling fine, but you schedule an appointment to make sure you’re not missing anything and everything's running smoothly.
Our “tune up” clients are usually people who come in from out of town, or are home for the holidays for a visit.
These sessions are incredibly important to stay ahead of any issues that may not be showing warning signs yet.
Maintain your wonderful progress and schedule your sessions to stay on top of your body’s cues.
Research has shown that improvement in motor control can facilitate the following positive health outcomes.
Relieve Tightness, Pain & Restriction
Increase Neurologic Function
Decrease Stress Load
Improve Sleep & Decrease Fatigue
Boost Immune Function
Improve Breathing & Oxygen Uptake
Promote Digestive Health
Buffer Metabolic & Auto-Immune Conditions
Enhance Recovery from Concussion & TBI
Improve Learning, Speech & Communication
It’s more than an approach, it’s longevity in action.
Whether you've had an injury or wrestling with chronic muscle pain, we are here to work the problems that keep you down.
In many cases, our practice is used in pre-surgery preparation to create a base of stability and full range of motion that will serve to speed post-surgical recovery.
Whatever it is that brings you here, we want to help you get through the tough stuff and back to a life of movement for your own enjoyment.

*Disclaimer : Concerns & Referring Out
If during the course of the evaluation, we discover anything of concern, we may require that you be examined by a medical provider to clear the possibility of a structural issue or underlying condition.
In such cases we would need a said provider to clear you to begin muscular strengthening whether a problem is discovered or not.
This is for your ultimate care so that work does not irritate or worsen a serious underlying condition that could require surgery or medical intervention.
