Sound Science and Lasting Solutions
NO OTHER KINESIOLOGY PRACTICE DOES IT LIKE WE DO.
Chances are…
You’ve been searching for an approach that goes beyond simple quick fixes that don't last.
You’re looking for a solution that analyzes your limitations and the root cause of your pain.
You want a treatment that gets you real results.
We’re happy to say you’ve found it.
How It Started
Corrective Muscles Solutions was founded in 2015 to transform conventional approaches to movement therapy.
Originally fueled by a personal journey towards unraveling the complexities of those seemingly hopeless muscle issues in 2006, our growing number of incredible success stories have become living proof of the power of kinesiology.
We recognize that optimal movement is the foundation of human performance, longevity, and wellbeing. We want to help you get there.
Our practice combines innovative approaches and personalized care to create a truly unique client experience.
We exist because so many people have tried therapies that don't work, but don't want to accept that their pain or movement issues are permanent.
The story of our company begins with the story of our own personal struggles with injury.
Our firsthand experience with pain is what fosters a genuine compassion and empathy for every client and the desire to see real change accomplished for you.
It's time to stop chasing the pain and discover the underlying movement problems driving your chronic conditions.
We help you interpret your sensations, like tightness, pain, and discomfort.
Simply put, sensations are your body’s alerts to the brain signaling that there is a movement system problem. These alerts help you avoid further injury.
Therefore, until the true causes of your movement problems are solved, there will be no end to your tightness, pain, and movement restriction. Not to mention there will be no known ways to avoid further injury.
Pain gives important information about your movement health and sustainability, but does not give the solution.
We start with understanding where you are and reverse engineer your issues to create the best solution towards better function.

Corrective Muscle Solutions
Changing Your Complex Movements into Practical Health Solutions.
OUR MISSION:
To help people recover lost muscle function, reclaim movement capabilities and sustain an active lifestyle into the future.
The specialists behind this innovative approach:
Scott Frost
Kinesiologist, Owner
Scott lives and breathes his passion for understanding the best ways to help his clients and their complex movement issues.
His experience as a multi-sport athlete and professional ballet dancer, sparked his drive for helping others who struggle with similar injuries and issues that he once dealt with.
After dedicating years into understanding all aspects of human movement (aka kinesiology) and booking thousands of client sessions, he developed a one-of-a-kind approach to corrective exercise that has helped many people with muscle pain and dysfunction regain their physical health.
He even has big plans for his proprietary data system to be used to create software to aid future practitioners in the growing field of Applied Kinesiology. This data system will equip professionals to solve more problems and help more people.
Scott is just a Jersey kid living that honky tonk dream. He loves country music dates with his wife, Lauren, and collecting band stickers to put on his ‘Roadie’ Yeti cooler. For Scott, music is everywhere, all of the time - in fact, he is ranked in the .01% of all Spotify listeners in minutes listened per year (pretty darn cool if we do say so ourselves!)

Brandon Davis
Kinesiologist, Training Director
Brandon’s dedication and attention to detail shines through in every session with his clients.
As a former center fielder in Division 1 baseball, he truly gets what his clients are experiencing. The injuries that kept him from competing, helped form his interest in injury and exercise.
During his playing career, Brandon got caught up in a vicious cycle of serious injuries that were poorly managed by coaches & trainers along the way, costing him much of his physical performance.
However, in his struggle to get healthy and stay healthy, he began to explore as many different avenues of rehab in search of the missing pieces needed to restore his health and performance. And it was through this personal journey that he became passionate about finding answers for injury & performance problems that could help others down the road.
He’s helped many clients over a broad spectrum of ages, athletic abilities and health problems. He puts his all into every session and is invested in the wellbeing and success of those who work with him.
Brandon is also a huge music enthusiast and in his small amount of free time can be found playing the guitar.

Lauren Frost
Business Manager, Owner
Lauren's gift for creating a safe and comforting space for our clients to book began in her own journey into health and fitness.
In 2014 she completed certifications in personal training and behavioral nutrition, then launched a fitness website aimed at helping women who, like her, lacked exposure to weightlifting and building confidence through healthy choices.
She ran this site for several years, assisting many women along the way, before co-founding Corrective Muscle Solutions with Scott.
Her goal is to bring the innovative techniques pioneered by Scott to a wider audience, helping people reclaim and maintain physical health.
Lauren loves the honky-tonk country-music scene with all the fixings. You can find her taking in the music on dive-bars-dates with her husband, Scott.
